DIY Installation of Grass Pavers

Lawn grid is a simple and inexpensive way to pave the surface. In addition, the lawn grid looks aesthetically pleasing and does not take up plant growth space, unlike openwork paving stones. Lawn grille should be installed at an outdoor temperature of at least +5°C.

Installation of lawn grids step by step:

1. determine the shape of the pavement on which the lawn grid will be placed and select the soil to the appropriate depth.

2. level the ground maintaining a 1.5% slope.

3.Spread geotextile construction fabric (optional) - it will strengthen the substructure.

4.Apply material, such as gravel, and compact it.

5. add a leveling layer for about 4 cm and again compact and level the material.

6. it's time for lawn grids - lay them in rows starting from the corner. The hooks determine the direction of laying.

7.Connect the lawn grids with catches, press down with a foot or rubber hammer.

8.Maintain the expansion joint between the curb and other elements and the surface of the lawn grids.

9. fertilize the lined lawn grid and level the area.

The lawn grid can be trimmed when needed.
