Plastic pallets
Plastic pallets are gradually replacing wooden pallets in the storage, production and transport sectors. Plastic pallets have a wide range of applications in the food, pharmaceutical, paper, automotive and electronics industries, among others. They play a huge role in national and international transport and are indispensable in warehouses. Plastic pallets are characterised by their low weight. Depending on the model, they can be twice as light as wooden pallets of the same dimensions. The absence of protruding nails and splinters increases the safety of working with pallets, and the longer service life in relation to wooden pallets, contributes to ecology and cost reduction. Plastic pallets are used in areas where it is important to maintain a high level of hygiene. They are durable, easy to clean and do not absorb moisture. They are approved for contact with foodstuffs. Plastic pallets do not have to meet the standards required for ISPM wooden pallets.
