A plastic pallet is an HDPE or PP transport platform for storing, moving and circulating goods. Compared with wood it is hygienic, light, durable (5–10 years), resistant to moisture, chemicals and frost, and exempt from ISPM-15 fumigation for export. Load capacity: static, dynamic, racking
Three different parameters not to be confused: dynamic (pallet in motion) is lowest; static (stacked on floor) highest; racking (supported on two beams) is key for high-bay storage. Indicatively light pallets: dynamic ~500–1000 kg; heavy/racking pallets: racking 1000–1500 kg. Exact values on the product pages.
Material: HDPE, PP, recyclate
HDPE — flexible, impact- and frost-resistant (to -30°C), the most common choice. PP — stiffer, higher-temperature resistant. Recyclate — economical and ecological for internal loops and technical use. For food choose food-contact certified versions.

Export and ISPM-15
Plastic pallets are exempt from ISPM-15, so overseas export needs no fumigation or wood certificate — saving time and cost and avoiding border holds.
