PALLET BOX FOR HAZARDOUS MATERIALS | PALLET BOX 160x120 cm

This certified pallet container with a capacity of approx. 999 litres has been designed for the safe transport and storage of hazardous materials, in particular non-critical lithium batteries and accumulators. Thanks to its compliance with UN regulations (UN code 4H2), the container can be legally used in transport in accordance with ADR, RID or IMDG. It is an ideal solution for the recycling industry, chemical industry, logistics companies and distribution centres handling dangerous goods.
 
The robust design is based on a welded plastic (PE) body reinforced with four integrated skids, which ensure stability and safety during forklift handling. Special ribbing protects against mechanical damage, especially during frequent handling and stacking. The smooth, rounded interior facilitates complete emptying, cleaning and maintenance – even when used in industrial conditions.
 
The container is resistant to temperatures from -30°C to +40°C (short-term up to +90°C) and to most commonly used chemicals and disinfectants. Standard equipment includes a tight-fitting lid and fastening straps to secure the load during transport.
 
Thanks to its external dimensions (1600 × 1200 mm), the container fits perfectly into ‘mega’ pallet systems and can be successfully used in automated production and warehouse lines. In addition, label areas and the possibility of using RFID tags enable effective logistics management and resource identification.
 
This model combines high durability, functionality and compliance with international standards, providing a reliable solution for companies looking for large containers for the professional handling of dangerous goods.
