Universal 1000-litre IBC container on a wooden pallet

This palletised container is a high-quality industrial tank designed for the safe storage and transport of liquid and semi-liquid substances that do not require UN certification. Thanks to its robust construction and the use of durable materials, the product is ideal for use in many industries and in households (e.g. as a rainwater tank).

Key features and construction:

Inner tank: Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which ensures excellent resistance to mechanical damage and exposure to many chemicals. Available in natural colour as standard, allowing for easy monitoring of the fill level.

Sturdy protective cage: The tank is mounted in a galvanised steel frame made of profiled vertical and horizontal tubes. This ensures structural rigidity, protection against impacts and allows for safe stacking of containers.

Base (Pallet): The container is placed on a sturdy wooden pallet with standard logistics dimensions (1200 x 1000 mm), which facilitates transport using forklifts and pallet trucks.

Filling and drainage system: * Upper filling opening with a diameter of 150 mm, fitted with a screw-on lid equipped with an EPDM seal.

Lower butterfly-type drain valve (DN50 / 2 inches), ensuring tightness and precise dispensing of the contents.
