This sturdy pallet container with UN 50H certification has been designed for the safe transport, storage and disposal of hazardous materials, especially lithium batteries and accumulators. It perfectly meets the transport requirements for road, rail, sea and air transport (ADR, RID, IMDG, IATA).
Manufactured using a single injection moulding process for PE plastic, the container has three integrated runners for exceptional stability, even during intensive use. Additional reinforcements protect against mechanical damage, especially when handled by a forklift truck.
The interior of the pallet box is characterised by smooth, closed walls, which makes emptying, washing and drying much easier. This makes it indispensable in recycling plants, logistics centres and industries with high hygiene standards.
The pallet box is highly resistant to temperatures ranging from -30°C to +40°C (short-term even up to +90°C) and has high chemical tolerance.
The standard set includes a tightly fitting lid and two fastening straps to secure the transported load. In addition, the model offers label fields and optional RFID tags, which support effective logistics management.
