Plastic box pallet SPSC3 is a model with smooth walls and skids. The plastic box consists of two integrated parts: a plastic pallet with three skids and a container in the upper part. Both parts are merged together, so that the box pallet is highly rigid. The construction of the plastic box pallet is designed to ensure maximum hygiene. The smooth surface of the inner walls makes emptying, cleaning and drying easier. The construction of this hygienic box pallet has no gaps or ribbing, which ensures reliable protection against the ingress of contaminants or water. The construction of the side walls of the plastic box pallet above the entry openings increases protection against damage from forklift forks, and the lowered fork-insertion height improves use in automated high-bay warehouses. Thanks to its solid, integrated and non-deforming skids, this box pallet works smoothly and maintenance-free with all commonly used conveyors. The specially profiled top and bottom edges of the plastic box allow stacking. The big box can be used at temperatures from –30 to +40°C, and temporarily even up to +90°C, and is resistant to most chemicals and cleaning agents.
