Plastic Pallet Boxes: Construction and Possibilities...

Box pallets are very handy and durable structures, designed for the storage and transportation of various types of goods. Their universal design allows them to be used for any type of general cargo products, which can be placed inside the box in a convenient and well-organized way. On each side it is enclosed with solid walls, preventing the goods from falling outside the box.

 

 

 

Construction of the box pallet

 

The plastic used for the construction of the crate is very strong and flexible. It retains high resistance to mechanical damage and, most importantly, is approved for contact with food products. This allows unlimited use of box pallets for transportation or storage of any type of foodstuffs, but not only.

 

 

 

The box pallets have been designed and manufactured in a way that allows them to be conveniently and safely transported by forklifts. The width of the skids is adapted to standard fork size. It is also possible to order box pallets with additional running wheels. They rotate around their own axis, making it easier to maneuver the crate in tight spaces, and also have a locking device that protects the crate from uncontrolled movement.

 

 

 

Capabilities of crate pallets

 

Thanks to the fact that the c rates are made of plastic approved for food contact, they can be used for many purposes. Storing live fish in boxes filled with water is just one example. In selected models of boxes, a special drain valve can be installed in the bottom. It makes it easier to empty the tank of water, and also allows you to wash and rinse it thoroughly, without having to manually turn the crate on its side.

 

 

 

 

Stacking of box pallets

 

The box pallets are designed in a way that allows them to be stacked efficiently and safely. Stacking is the term used to describe a method of storing cargo and objects by stacking them on top of each other. The opening in the box pallet has been perfectly aligned with the base, which stably settles into it, ensuring safe storage and efficient use of available cargo space.
