Insulated containers comply with the ISO standard. Most commonly, insulated containers are used in the food industry for storing and transporting fresh fish, meat and poultry. Insulated containers in Scandinavian countries are readily used in fishing. Storage in insulated containers ensures that quality is maintained. Cooling and maintaining a high level of hygiene are key steps for maintaining quality and suitability during fish processing. All this is ensured by insulated containers, as they are excellent at maintaining temperature. Thanks to the PUR filling, insulated containers are as airtight as possible. The development of bacteria, or fungi on insulated containers is minimized. Moreover, insulated containers have smooth walls, so they are easy to wash. The internal insulation of the box also makes it extremely strong. Insulated containers can be stacked even without lids.
